Hopkins Research & Design is dedicated to the study and development of digital educational media for children regardless of age, background, or special needs. Founded by Isaac W. Hopkins, Jr. as a portal for the education of disadvantaged and disabled youth, Hopkins Research & Design believes in educating the whole child in a way the supports lifelong learning, development, and success. Our mission is to further the design and research of media and technology that creates engaging and effective learning experiences anywhere and anytime. Blending knowledge of child development, educational psychology, media design, and research methodology, Hopkins Research & Design explores innovative ways in which technology can promote learning when other methods of communication or instruction have proven ineffective.
